You have a Sonos Amp, and we recently changed how Somos handles the crossover on it. We want to know whether it works for you — a “yes, it works” counts as much as a “no”, because it tells us where to stop looking.

Nobody on the Somos team owns every Sonos model. Some of these faults we simply cannot reproduce, and guessing has not got us anywhere. A few taps below tells us more than a week of it.

The four yes/no questions are required — they are what settles it. The rest can be skipped, and the app itself sent us nothing — it only opened this page.

If No, you won't see a crossover control in Somos, and that's correct — there is nothing to send us, so you can stop here.
